Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Spacer (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the Member regarding the conditions and procedures for using the 3D assets and related digital product platform services provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Digital Asset" refers to digital products such as 3D models, scenes, materials, nodes, and add-ons sold and provided by the Company through the site.
2. "Member" refers to a customer who accesses the site, agrees to these Terms, and uses the services provided by the Company.
Article 3 (Use and Copyright)
1. Digital assets purchased by a Member are granted usage rights according to the specified license regulations; the copyright itself is not transferred.
2. Unauthorized redistribution, sharing with others, or reselling of the purchased asset in its original form is strictly prohibited.
Article 4 (Payment and Cancellation/Refund Policy)
Since the products sold on this site are "digital products" that can be duplicated, the following cancellation and refund policies apply in accordance with Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
1. Refundable: If there is no download history of the product after payment is completed, the order can be canceled (full refund) within 7 days from the date of payment.
2. Non-Refundable: If the product has already been downloaded or the file has been accessed, the value of the digital asset is considered compromised, and as a general rule, refunds are not possible.
3. Exceptional Refunds: If the downloaded file itself has a critical defect or is clearly different from the product description making normal use impossible, a refund will be processed after confirmation through customer service. However, inability to run the file due to the user's software version or insufficient hardware specifications is not a valid reason for a refund.
Article 5 (Exemption Clause)
1. The Company shall be exempted from liability if it cannot provide services due to natural disasters, service maintenance, or other force majeure events.
2. The Company is not responsible for any disruption in service use caused by the Member's fault.
